The imitation parchment is a PFAS free composition. For larger producers looking for a sustainable coated barrier paper solution we can offer coated kraft paper with biodegradable barrier coating. The coating has similar properties to PE, and it renders the basepapers somewhat water resistant, humidity resistant and heat-sealable on the coated side.
